If there's one thing I tell all fans of all championship teams, it's this: Buy the merch. Buy it all. You never know when this will happen again. Don't buy something you hate, of course, but if you like it, buy it before it's gone. You'll find the money. It'll be alright.

Usually, my advice applies specifically to the one-of-a-kind parade hats, which are usually produced at a lower rate than the championship lids and sell out immediately. Back when my team, the New York Yankees, was winning titles, these didn't exist. I'd give anything to have a crack at a parade hat. So don't waste your chance.

This year, my jealously certainly applies to Topps' extremely dope Milwaukee Brewers 2026 World Series Champions Topps Now team sets.

Now, these did exist when the Knicks won their title back in June and I was so confetti-dazed that I didn't even realize it. That's on me. Won't happen again. This time around, all Brewers fans should probably grab this slickly-designed pack for $69.99, featuring a 15-card set celebrating this historic moment, as well as one guaranteed "chase" card per pack. It could be a shortprint, an SSP, a numbered card, or an absurd auto (or a few autos on one card).

The shortest of the shortprints you could get? A one-of-one Diamond Parallel ... well, actually, it's one-of-two. Because each player featured got to wear the second copy of their cards in the champagne-soaked locker room on Wednesday night at The Trop.

Jacob Misiorowski, Brewers champions rocked one-of-a-kind Topps cards in World Series locker room

Well, again, two of a kind, but who's counting?

The only thing that could've made this process cooler is if they'd managed to customize Misiorowski's parallels and/or bling with any Pokemon specifics, given that he's a well-known collector. Imagine opening up the team set and finding a Charizard border? You know what, Topps, it's not too late. 2027 Series 1 hobby needs Charizard borders.

These likely won't last long, and when the City of Milwaukee wakes up from their collective hangover around ... now (then starts drinking again for the parade), they might want to rush to the site to snag a few. And then snag a few more things. Memories last forever. Merch doesn't quite, but it often comes close if you protect it and encase it.
