While the NBA Rookie of the Year hunt this year appears to be a close race between Cooper Flagg and Kon Knueppel, there is no denying that Flagg has been the runaway frontrunner when it comes to collecting buzz. The expectations that came from being a top recruit to Duke and then the first overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft have followed Flagg into the collecting world, with many of his cards going for staggering sums.

Enough time has passed now that we have a really good sample of Flagg’s available rookie cards. While nearly any card of Flagg’s is carrying some sort of value at the moment, there have been a few of his rookie cards that have stood out for the premiums they are commanding on the open market.

Here are some of the most valuable Cooper Flagg rookie cards you can collect right now

You won’t find a bunch of lower-numbered parallels of the same couple of cards on this list. Yes, red and black refractors of Flagg’s rookie autos are going for crazy money. However, including them would make such a list either way too tedious and long to write, and/or wouldn’t be useful for collectors seeking anything resembling variety.

As a result, some liberties were taken to provide a number of intriguing cards that are both reasonably different from one another AND have significant value, with some consideration given to realistic availability as well. Some products are also so new that we don’t have particularly robust sales data yet, and this is especially true with graded versions. This list can and will change, and that is okay. All sales data is courtesy of Sports Cards Pro and was current upon publication.

2025 Topps All Kings #AK-16

  • Raw Price: $4,492
  • PSA 10 Price: $13,648

One of the best decisions that Topps has made recently in terms of inserts is that they took the All Aces concept from previous baseball card sets, made them super short-prints, and put them on beautiful black stock to make them look even more like playing cards. Collectors love them, and adding an All Kings option for hitters gave them a way to expand the concept to other sports.

Add that desirability to the fact that Flagg is the hottest rookie name in basketball cards, and you have the recipe for big-time money. Assuming Flagg plays well, this could be in the top spot for a while.

2025 Topps 1980 Chrome Rookie Autograph #80CR2-CF (Silver Pack)

  • Raw Price: $2,331
  • PSA 10 Price: $5,050

While one can quibble with the hit rate in terms of autos in silver packs, they have definitely added a new dimension to collecting Topps' flagship sets and have helped appease those collectors who only care about chrome cards.

Predictably, hitting any auto from Topps Basketball silver packs is not easy, and finding a Flagg rookie auto in one is among the hardest things to do in the entire product. However, if you do manage to pull one, you can expect to get well above $2,000 for it raw. If you take your chances with the lengthy PSA queue and get a 10, you can double your money as of now. Not too shabby at all.

2025 Topps Flagship Real One Rookie Autograph #TFRR-CF

  • Raw Price: $1,202
  • PSA 10 Price: $4,934

Over the last couple of years, Topps has taken the on-card Real One autos that were traditionally only in Topps Heritage and adapted the concept to their flagship sets. It did not take long for them to become collector favorites, and Flagg’s rookie Real One auto from 2025-26 is no exception.

Of course, these are not the usual “base” autos from the set and are a little tougher to pull, which obviously impacts on the price. For the moment, expect to pay four figures for a raw copy, and if you are looking for a gem mint slabbed copy, they are currently commanding north of $5,000 on the open market, though that could change as more and more of them become available.

2025 Topps Golden Mirror Variation #201

  • Raw Price: $901
  • PSA 10 Price: $3,421

Returning back to the realm of non-autos, image variations have also become key cards for any player, especially when we're talking rookie cards (despite the absence of an autograph). In particular, Golden Mirror image variations from Topps' flagship products have garnered quite the following for their unique picture choices and scarcity.

While you won’t have to fork over a grand (for now) to get a raw copy of Flagg’s Golden Mirror, it is pretty close, with PSA 10s commanding almost four times what raw copies are going for. The floor with Flagg’s Golden Mirror variation is pretty safe, assuming he remains a top player in the NBA, although the ceiling isn’t as high as some of his rookie autos.

2025 Topps Home Court Advantage #HCA-8

  • Raw Price: $819
  • PSA 10 Price: $2,937

The super short print inserts continue to pay off big, as Home Court Advantage inserts have been embraced by collectors as some of the more desirable cards of a given player. Once again, rookie cards of top names often command the biggest premium amongst Home Court Advantages, and Flagg reigns supreme among those names for the moment.

We are at least approaching somewhat reasonable (for these days, anyway) territory, as you can get a raw Flagg Home Court Advantage for just under $700 and a gem mint slab for almost four times that. Definitely out of reach for most collectors, but could still represent a decent buy for collectors with the means, especially if you think Flagg is going to be a star for a long time.

2025 Topps Comic Court #CC-16

  • Raw Price: $444
  • PSA 10 Price: $1,899

This was not a card one would think would rank this highly, but the power of super short print inserts once again cannot be denied. It helps that hobbyists have latched on to similar animated inserts like Anime/Manga and others, and that has created the perfect storm for Flagg’s rookie card offering.

Still, despite the demand, we are taking another step down in terms of value, with raw copies typically going for less than $500 and PSA 10s staying below two grand. That may be little consolation for collectors with more strict budgets who long for the simpler, cheaper days of collecting, however. That said, these Comic Court case hits may also be sleeper cards that could rise in a hurry if Flagg lives up to the hype for those collectors that can and do pull the trigger.

2025 Topps Class of 2025 #C25-1

  • Raw Price: $450
  • PSA 10 Price: $1,000

Surprise, surprise, another tough insert from Topps’ flagship basketball set. These Class of 2025 inserts aren’t quite as in demand as others in 2025-26 Topps, but again…anything short-printed of Flagg’s is going to be worth a pretty penny. Raw copies are currently about the same as the Comic Courts, but PSA 10s are significantly less, and this is one short-print insert that could lose value as more and more options for collectors become available.

2025 Topps Team Logo Border Variation #201

  • Raw Price: $327
  • PSA 10 Price: $1,219

This is a weird one because, yes, team border variations are pretty short-printed, and short-printed rookie cards from flagship sets are generally solid to have. However, team border variations in particular have not held value as well as the more traditional image variations in the marketplace and that could easily happen here. PSA 10s are still getting more than $1,000, but this is another case where, once collectors have other Flagg short prints to put their focus on, the less likely it is that team border variations will command heavy premiums.

2025 Topps Sonic Boom #SB-18

  • Raw Price: $200
  • PSA 10 Price: $620

The Sonic Boom SSPs are tough to gauge. Yes, they are super short-printed and have a nice, clean design, but they are also retail-exclusive, which some collectors can deem to be inferior. That said, a rookie SSP this short-printed going for under $200 raw feels like a strong buying opportunity if you are a Flagg believer. While there will be some collectors that won’t like it, the demand for tough Flagg pulls outstrips that concern, and his Sonic Boom actually feels undervalued at the moment.

2025 Topps 1980 Chrome #TC-CF

  • Raw Price: $122
  • PSA 10 Price: $560

Obviously, we have been taking some purposeful steps down in value here, and there are going to be Flagg cards that are worth more than this one. However, we included his base Silver Pack mojo rookie card to illustrate just how crazy the market demand for Flagg cards is right now.

If you want a raw version of this non-parallel, silver pack-exclusive, base chrome rookie of Flagg, you are still going to have to come up with over $100. Gem mint slabs are closer to $500. Collecting Flagg is not for the faint of heart, and this is just one of many examples as to why.
