Thanks to some fantastic playoff baseball you may have missed it, but the 2012 Arizona Fall League season got underway on Tuesday. If I’m being honest it snuck up on me as well – thanks in no small part to a certain little 5-year old who was terribly sick to start the week.

Anyway … following on the heels of our 2012 AFL Delegates series – where we broke down the players each organization was sending to the desert – I wanted to do a brief daily recap of the AFL action from the previous day. You could consider it a “junior” version of what we did this summer with the Prospect Pulse/Standout Sprouts series with a few minor changes. These pieces are meant to be “quick hits” to supplement other content I will publish each day, though I reserve the right to add thoughts on various players from time to time.
