Sprouts: Through the Phog

For those of you who pay close attention to who authors each article here on Seedlings to Stars, you will likely notice that Jeff Herr’s name won’t be showing up anymore. It’s not because we voted him off the S2S island – we loved having him on staff – but rather because another opportunity opened up within the FanSided Sports Network.
Jeff’s excellent work as a Staff Writer on our Royals’ site Kings of Kauffman and here on S2S convinced our network’s leadership that he was deserving of a lead spot on one of our sites. We like to promote from withing and he certainly earned a site of his own.
If you are a fan of the Kansas Jayhawks, of college basketball or just a fan of Jeff’s writing style, I strongly encourage you to become a regular reader of Through the Phog.

Though he was only around long enough to publish 6 articles here on S2S, Jeff tended to tackle some very different topics from the rest of our staff. His voice and perspective will certainly be missed, but we wish him the best of luck in his expanded role.
